I stopped at her house on my way to Joanne Swanson Anderson's house and the three of us walked to school together. I was very sad to learn of her passing at such a young age. I have many fond memories of her and still see her clearly in my memories.
I remember, at the time, hearing of Pauline's untimely death. (I was just about to finish flight attendant training for Western Airlines and everyone heard about it) It is alway tragic for someone so young and full of life to have it cut short so suddenly. Frankly I don't remember very many people from high school - there are a lot of years in between - but I do remember Pauline and have though about her several times over the years.
